This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests
    Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. Your request will be processed once the seller/merchant listed on the platform has verified the issue. To support your claim, please ensure you create an unboxing video of the product and share it with our support team at support@beetz.in.

Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action. Please provide an unboxing video as evidence for us to proceed with your request.

Warranty Claims
For products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer any issues directly to them.

Refund Processing
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or through store credit in 7 working days, depending on your preference and the terms of the refund policy.
